Creative Leadership
The Voice Of Young Leaders
Our youth leadership and training programme provides several pathways for young people to engage with the wider community including practical training and work placements.
Work Experience
Develop your creativity, confidence and event skills
Flexible times
We offer work experience opportunities for students in schools and colleges.
Young people can speak to us directly or we are happy to connect with schools and local authorities
about arranging placements for groups of young people.
During work experience, young people will learn what happens behind the scenes in community arts
and engagement settings. They will work directly with members of our team to experience creative
and administrative aspects of the work, connect with our research projects and lend their insights
into shaping youth-centred programmes.
Please note that spaces are limited and we offer priority spaces to members of Second Wave.
Get in touch or ask your school, college or university to contact
hena@secondwave.org.uk.
